Full Time Mommy

And I shall knight you, Sir Jackson

Rescuing the Lobster (He was trying to save them)

I was lucky enough to spend three full weekdays with Jackson last week. It's amazing how valuable this time is since weekend time goes so fast. It's hard to believe that my little boy is growing up right before my eyes. My mom was scheduled for jury duty and Jackson had off from pre-school for spring break, so full time mommyhood for me!

I believe that overall we had a great time together, with a few minor bumps (literally) and incidences. Our week started on Wednesday when Jackson took a tour of mommy's office, complete with spinning in Mommy's "swirly chair" and having lunch with mommy's friends from work. On Thursday, Jackson and I spent the day at the Hands on House Children's Museum in Lancaster and lunch at Perkins. The Hands on House is a interactive children's museum great for children 2-8, he had a blast with the pirate ship, assembly line, construction zone, and the corner grocery store. We finished our afternoon complete with Rainbow Sprinkle Pancakes with whipped cream and chocolate milk. I must have lost my mind when I allowed him to order this, but he loved it and ate every bite. On Friday, we relaxed a home working on puzzles, building with Lego's, and taking it easy.

I can't wait to have another couple of days together!
